What materials are used in Soley Red Shoes?
Our shoes are handcrafted using premium Italian leather, high-quality suede, and breathable linings. We use cushioned insoles and durable soles for maximum comfort and longevity.
Are your shoes true to size?
Yes. Our shoes follow standard US sizing. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for extra comfort.
Do you offer wide or narrow fittings?
Most of our styles come in standard width. However, our Bespoke Fitting technology provides a comfortable fit for a wide range of foot shapes.
Are the red shoes colorfast? Will the color fade?
Our exclusive red color treatment is designed to be long-lasting. With proper care, the vibrant red color will maintain its richness over time.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location (usually 7–14 business days for international orders).
How long does shipping take?
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
How do I clean my red shoes?
Use a soft damp cloth for regular cleaning. For leather shoes, we recommend using a quality leather conditioner. Avoid excessive water exposure.
Are your shoes suitable for wide feet?
Many of our designs offer generous toe boxes and cushioned support suitable for wider feet.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order shoes?
Currently we don’t offer fully custom shoes, but we are constantly expanding our collection based on customer feedback.
